Comment se déroule
une collaboration avec nous ?
Step 01
Discovery
Every project starts with people. We believe it’s essential to connect with the individuals behind the brand before anything else.
During a 30-minute discovery call, we take the time to understand your project, vision and goals. After the call, we’ll send you a short questionnaire to gather the information needed to prepare a tailored proposal.
Step 02
Collaboration
Your answers help us build a clear creative brief and define the scope of the project. Once the proposal is approved and the initial deposit is received, we officially begin our collaboration. With the foundations in place, the creative process can start.
Step 03
Creation
By this stage, we’ve immersed ourselves in your brand, analysed the information you've shared and explored the most relevant creative directions. Our research and strategic thinking allow us to step back, connect the dots and craft a thoughtful solution. We’re now ready to present our first concepts and recommendations.
Step 04
Présentation
The presentation usually lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Every creative decision and design direction is carefully explained and justified. This is a key stage of the process, as your project begins to take shape. We gather your initial feedback and impressions, while also encouraging thoughtful reflection before making any final decisions. Following the meeting, the presentation document is shared with you for review.
Step 05
Feedback & Refinements
You've reviewed the presentation, revisited it, shared it with your team, and taken the time to reflect. Now it's time to make decisions.
You provide detailed feedback on the concepts and any adjustments you'd like to see. We carefully review every comment and implement the agreed refinements to ensure the final outcome meets your expectations.
Step 06
Launch
All deliverables have been approved and your files are prepared and delivered in an organised package, ready for use across every relevant touchpoint. Our collaboration may be coming to an end, but we always enjoy hearing from the brands we help build and watching them grow over time.
Together, we define your positioning and create
the visual foundations of your brand to reveal what makes you unique.
